Job description:
Role Responsibilities :
• To achieve assigned targets as an Business Development Manager, Business
Banking, focus on proactively marketing and originating Guarantee Instalment Loan
products, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales
strategies.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business
portfolio.
• Customer Experience: Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational
efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory
requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a
related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or
relationship management within the banking or financial services industry,
specifically targeting SMEs.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of Guarantee Instalment Loan products.
• Proactivity: Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business
opportunities.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
