Job Descriptions: 

  • Handle inbound calls from customers in Singapore, assisting with credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products.
  • Motivate customers for “Self Help” function by signing them up for value added services and digital education. 
  • Adapt quickly to customer needs to deliver consultative support by thinking horizontally with an end-to-end view of the client’s journey. 
  • Suggest financial solutions regarding the bank’s line of products and services that match the New to Bank / Existing to Bank customer requirements (if applicable). 
  • High sales pitch without mis-selling 
  • Accomplish targets consistently in the form of leads / self-closure. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma holders and above 
  • SPM leavers with strong English and minimum 3 years banking experience are welcome to apply 
  • Fluent in spoken English – supporting Singaporean customers 
  • Strong communication skills and confident in upselling 
  • Background in Mass Communication is a plus 
  • Open to fresh graduates and those looking to build a career in banking & customer service
